This page covers the ClubTools website at clubtools.net. The ClubTools app at app.clubtools.net will have a full privacy policy when it launches; until then, the text message section below covers the app’s texts.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we receive the email address, club name and club size you enter. We use them only to tell you about ClubTools and to invite your club when access opens.

We use privacy-friendly analytics that count page visits without cookies or personal profiles.

Text messages

If you add a mobile number in the ClubTools app to get texts, we keep the number, when and how you agreed to get texts, which texts you chose, and whether you replied STOP. Only you and our servers can see your number; other people on ClubTools can’t. We send texts through Twilio, which receives the number and the message. We never sell your number or share it, or your agreement to get texts, with anyone for their marketing. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or remove your number on your Account page. What we don’t do

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it with advertisers.

Removing your information

Email support@jenisan.com and we’ll take you off the waitlist and delete what you sent.
