Text message terms

Last updated November 2, 2026

ClubTools is a product of Jenisan, Inc. The ClubTools app at app.clubtools.net can send text messages to people who ask for them. This page explains what we send and how to stop.

What we text

Each text has a link to answer in the app. We don’t send marketing or ads by text.

Examples:

How you sign up

Texts are off unless you turn them on. Signed in to ClubTools, open Account, enter your mobile number, and tick a box that is not ticked for you, next to this statement:

I agree to get text messages from ClubTools at this number about friend requests and games I’m invited to. How often varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help.

We then text you a code, and texts start only after you type the code in to confirm the number is yours. We keep the date, time and wording you agreed to. On the same page you choose which texts you get, or remove your number.

How often

It varies with how often your friends invite you. We don’t text between 9 PM and 7 AM.

Stopping and help

Costs and carriers

ClubTools doesn’t charge for texts. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Carriers aren’t responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number

Only you and our servers can see your number; other people on ClubTools can’t. We send texts through Twilio, which receives the number and the message. We never sell your number or share it, or your agreement to get texts, with anyone for their marketing. See our privacy policy.
